We would like to use your product for an oil collection pit of a high-voltage transformer. In case of a catastrophe, the leaking hot oil might reach a temperature of about 150°C. Which is the maximum temperature that you product could support ? 

If the band core has to support a temperature of up to 150 °C, it will then have a consistence comparable to bread dough. Confined in the concrete, the BFL-Mastix band constitutes a barrier during the oil pumping period. We do recommend to take the necessary measures to assure the tightness at the foot of the formwork in order to avoid leakage of cement slurry during the concreting action.
